Rodeo Bull Whip
I have got whip lash from a mechanical rodeo bull at a night club, can i sue them?
I was drunk at the time and clearly not able to ride a rodeo bull but they said i could go on anyway, they didnt give me any warnings at all. I know it was stupid of me to get drunk and go on it but i believe that they should and could of stopped me. I now have bad whip lash and was just wondering if i could claim for it?
so essentially because you can’t handle your alcohol, you now want a pay check for it? No you cannot sue. It is not their responsibility to babysit you. How would they know you were too drunk? Everyone acts differently, some annoying people act like a drunk when they are sober and vice versa. You should be asking your friends why they didn’t check you and not be wanting a quick payday for something that is totally and completely your fault (FYI there is probably a sign somewhere in the club that is a disclaimer)
Look at it this way, if a drunk leave a bar and falls on the side walk, can he sue the city? Nope. The city can however arrest him/her for public intoxication and disorderly conduct
